Accounts specify details about your:

• Agents (such as partnering travel companies)
• Airlines
• Customers
• Suppliers (who provide items such as accommodation or transfers)

Agent, airline, customer and supplier are default account record types within Kaptio Travel and you can also create additional record types if needed. You can find more details in the Creating & Editing Accounts Record Types article under Advanced Features from the Kaptio Knowledge Base.
